GIGI VON ANREP
I was born to a family of realtors, so it's in the blood! I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario and I received my real estate licence in 1985 and my Broker designation in 1988. I began specializing in condos and saw the future and value in the King West and Liberty Village area when my husband and I joined the neighbourhood buying our home brand new from the builder in 1998.
I focus my services primarily on this dyamic part of the city. Working in the same neighbourhood where I live allows me to stay on top of all aspects of the marketplace. Since I have invested in our community, it's natural and easy for me to convince buyers and realtors alike of the glorious future of King West and Liberty Village - I truly believe it! As your realtor and neighbour we are linked by a common goal: to enhance and better this great community!
I have moved to the south side of Sudbury St and am renting for a few months while we renovate our new home in Parkdale just a few short blocks away! This is another valuable experience that helps me relate to my buyers and sellers. Although I am moving off of Sudbury St. I am still attached to all that goes on here. I've spent 10 years of my life living on this street and it will always mean a lot to me regardless of where I live.
I continue to focus my business on the sales of these townhomes as well as the condos in the surrounding neighbourhoods. I really love living here and enjoy seeing how it's progressing and how others are moving into and realizing what we've known now for years - just how great we all make it!!
